Beverage Air Chef Base

The Beverage Air WTRCS36-1 is a 36-inch wide, two-drawer refrigerated chef base. It has a durable stainless steel construction with a reinforced top that can support up to 1,000 lbs, and is designed to hold countertop cooking equipment. The unit uses R290 refrigerant and keeps food at a temperature range of 36°F - 38°F. Construction: Stainless steel front, sides, and drawers; corrosion-resistant aluminum interior. The top is also insulated and has a full marine edge to prevent spills. Capacity: The top drawer holds two full-size pans that are 6" high, and the bottom drawer holds two full-size pans that are 4" high. Refrigeration: Self-contained refrigeration system with R290 refrigerant, adaptive defrost, and a maintenance-free condenser. Drawers: Self-closing drawers with 12-gauge stainless steel slides rated for 275 lbs. Snap-in magnetic gaskets ensure a good seal. Mobility: Includes 3" casters, with two locking brakes for stability. Power: Requires a 120V power source and comes with an 8-foot cord and plug.
