• $200 /Hr. With a two hour minimum.
Additional Qualified Helper (if required) $ 50.00 per Hour Per Helper

$200+ per Hour "FLEX" Delivery (EXTRA LARGE/HEAVY ITEMS) *
*Weight and configuration will determine value depending on tools , number of people, location
and equipment needed for this job.
COVERS THESE JOB TYPES:
Machinery, Large Heavy Safes or other equipment.
Stairs Involved requiring special tools, (Stair Climbers, for example)
- Jobs that require Long trips from the Greater Portland Oregon Area

+$50.00 Express Delivery (SAME DAY SERVICE. WITHIN GREATER PORTLAND AREA)
+$50.00 OUTSIDE REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (8AM TO 5PM PACIFIC TIME.
+$50.00 TIME SPECIFIC, IF TRAFFIC WINDOW INCLUDED.
WAREHOUSE SPECIFIC FEES:
$30.00 RECEIVING FEE: First Item, not Palletized or standard Pallet (4' cubed)
$25.00 Price break for 2 or more standard (4' cubed) pallets. (Oversized may vary)
$30.00 Handling Fee (prep pallet fee to ship)
$50.00+ Handling Fee ( If we must palletize the item(s) to prep for shipment)
$25.00 Rental Per Month for each (4' Cubed standard pallet)
$ 1.00 Per square foot of floor space rented per month.
TOOLS WE USE:
• Box Vans & Trucks with lift gates - E450 w/16ft. box, F450 w/ 16 ft. box, F650 w/24ft
(see our "Trucks for Hire" (under the "More" tab, showing our many truck options and capabilities)
• Solid wood on walls and floor with many secure tie downs
• Dollies, Pallet Jack, Ratchet straps, moving boxes and packing blankets available
• Service is Portal to Portal - additional charges may apply if stairs involved
or If long distances from the loading zone applies.
WE HAVE MANY SPECIALTY TOOLS IN ADDITION TO THOSE DISCUSSED ABOVE.

Invoicing: Invoices submitted at end of each job. Example: Delivery, pick up, move etc. Terms are "due on receipt". We use SQUARE
to process your credit card payment on site.
Corporate accounts: Only by prior arrangement. TERMS: Payment due, Bi-Monthly, on the 1st and 15th , after job is invoiced.
Overdue Payments: Invoice is OVERDUE when it exceeds 15 days and becomes subject to a 10% Late Fee.
MAKE PAYMENTS PAYABLE TO: "FLEX DELIVERY SERVICE"
OUR FLEX WAREHOUSE TENNANTS RECEIVE A 15% DISCOUNT OFF DELIVERY FEE.
JOB SCHEDULING PROCESS
Once a job is confirmed, standard or custom, contact us per your preference as listed herein with the specifics to include
job Contact, Client billing name and address, site address where the job takes place (if different
from billing), item(s) description, job description and any special circumstances like (stairs, elevators etc.)
From there we will contact the person indicated to make the arrangements for the job window.
