The Cres Cor Crown X Proofer H3391813GMR1 is a half-size, mobile, insulated cabinet designed for proofing dough and holding hot food. Part of the H-339 series, this cabinet is constructed from durable, non-corrosive hi-tensile aluminum with a strong, welded internal frame.

Proofing and holding: This is a versatile, dual-purpose unit. It can be used for proofing delicate dough products or for holding prepared foods at a serving temperature of up to 200°F (93°C).
Durable construction: The cabinet is made from non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum, with an internal frame for rigidity and a one-piece extended base to protect the body.
Insulation: High-quality fiberglass insulation is built into the walls, door, top, and bottom to retain heat and reduce energy loss.
Pan capacity: It can hold up to thirteen 18" x 26" sheet pans on fixed corrugated supports with 1.5-inch spacing.
Door and latch: The field-reversible, solid aluminum door has a magnetic antimicrobial latch for easy, safe operation, as well as a twist-lock catch to secure it during transport.
Controls: The control panel, which is located on the top of the cabinet, includes a lighted on/off switch, a solid-state thermostat, and an analog thermometer.
Mobility: For easy transport, the unit is equipped with four heavy-duty 5" swivel casters, two of which have brakes to secure the cabinet in place.
Convenience: Fold-down lift handles are mounted on the sides of the cabinet to assist with maneuvering.
